When booking a $250 down payment is collected. Remaining balance must be paid in full at time of check in.
If you need to cancel your reservation please contact our office immediately. You must then send us an e-mail stating that you need to cancel your reservation. Please include your name the name of the cabin and the dates you were to arrive.
Reservations cancelled 30 days prior to your arrival will receive a full refund minus a $60 cancellation fee.
Reservations cancelled with less than 30 days notice, but at least 14 days prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of one-half of the initial payment $125.
Reservations cancelled with less than 14 days notice, but at least 7 days prior to your arrival will result in the full forfeiture of the initial payment $250.
Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to the planned arrival date will be charged the entire rental amount.
Children 3 and under stay free.

We do not allow pets at any of our cabins. Disregard of this policy will result in loss of your deposit.

I want to let you know how much our family enjoyed our stay at Moon River. The cabin was just as nice or nicer than the pictures and was perfect for our last minute getaway. Everything was clean, well stocked, and nicely decorated. The proximity to town was perfect. We hope to return soon! Thank you!

Moon River cabin was an absolute delight!! We have stayed in this region several times and this cabin is our new favorite. Loved the decor, the king bed in the upstairs bedroom--amazingly comfortable, the jetted tub was wonderful, as was the hot tub. Great kitchen and neat game room....we even used the outdoors fireplace for smores--in July. Hope to return when the weather is cooler and enjoy it all again!

Wow! Just WOW...Carmen works In Chicago and I take care of the kids In Atlanta...So time spent together isn't Ur normal thing...This cabin was just what we needed with the kids...We did not have to run out and get anything that could cut into our Lil time together...Kids loved the game room and so did we...It was just amazing! Thank you for making our weekend one of the best ever! Plus the lady at the front desk was one of the nicest ladies Carmen has ever met he told me as he got into the car...See you guys V soon
