The River House Rates

$140: Rate is based on 1-4 Guests.
$10 for each additional person per night.
Cleaning fee and 10% tax applies.
Children 3 and under no charge.

Thanksgiving & Christmas Require 4 Night Reservation

All other Holidays Require 3 Night Reservation

3 Night Reservation is required for the months of June, July and October

*Ample amount of paper products are in our cabins (2 rolls of tissue paper per bathroom, 2 rolls of paper towels and complimentary soaps in bathrooms) If you are staying for a longer period, you may want to bring extra paper products.
